Summary
We are currently hiring an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team at

AIRDRIE AUTO HAUS!

We are looking for a personable service advisor to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians.
The Service Advisor greets and consults customers on service needs, asks thoroughly customers concerns about the vehicle, sells services by emphasizing value and safety.
Keep customers updated on services, field all live service calls, and take ownership of the customers’ experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the Shop to leave an impressionable experience with the customer.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Verifiable customer service performance required
  • Exemplary customer service skills are a must
  • Previous Service Advisor experience is a must
  • Computer Skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

· The service advisor’s responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, estimating quotes, ordering, and sourcing parts.

  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service, and answers
  • Drive the sale of technicians’ time to meet the goal of customers needs and safety
  • Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request
  • Keep customer informed on completion times, estimates, and possible changes
  • Ensure customer has a positive Shop experience
  • Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the customer’s vehicle
  • Understanding of automotive technology and of the automotive industry
