A rare opportunity has arisen for Service Advisor to join our family-run business here at Ashley MOT & Service Centre. You will be embarking on a new challenge that will consist of on-the-job training closely supervised by the office manager.

ABOUT YOU

The primary purpose of this role is to be our customers first point of contact and streamlining their vehicles journey whilst providing the greatest level of service. We are seeking a dedicated member of staff who is committed to learn and progress within our team. Duties and Skills required include:

  • Provide excellent front-of-house service with a smile!
  • Must be computer literate to navigate and schedule an advanced customer booking system
  • Compile and communicate vehicle quotations
  • Communicate vehicle updates between Vehicle Technicians and Customers
  • Order, track and process vehicle parts
  • Following mandatory Health & Safety procedures
