What You’ll Do: Listen to customers’ concerns and provide guidance and knowledge by recommending services confidently and clearly; keep them informed throughout the service process and follow up post-service. Manage appointments and ensure the service process is stress-free Collaborate across teams by communicating with technicians and fellow advisors to ensure accurate timelines, cost estimates and service updates Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism and integrity Offer logical diagnostics, maintenance packages and promotional specials and always conduct business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer while making a genuine effort to achieve all sales goals for maintenance services. Help the team meet monthly goals while always putting customer satisfaction first Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Basic knowledge of Automotive maintenance and repairs preferred Experience with DMS systems and service scheduling tools a plus Prior experience in automotive service or retail sales preferred Professional appearance and demeanor—representing the Milton Martin Toyota brand with pride Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!
