KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Customer Engagement & Communication – Greet and assist customers through chat, messenger, email, text, and phone, addressing their vehicle concerns with care and expertise.
· Service Recommendations – Provide clear and friendly explanations of recommended services and repairs to ensure customers feel informed and valued.
· Collaboration & Coordination – Work closely with service provider locations and technicians, facilitating smooth communication and keeping customers updated throughout the process.
· Appointment & Estimate Management – Prepare estimates, schedule service appointments, and maintain organized workflow with efficiency.
· Follow-Up & Relationship Building – Check in with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions, fostering lasting relationships with autologiQ.
· Industry Knowledge & Professional Growth – Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and service techniques to continuously enhance customer support and expertise.
