QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma required.
  • 2 years in a role as an Automotive Service Advisor.
  • Dependability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with opening of work orders, describing clearly and accurately the complaint/cause and scheduling all the service work with clients
  • Responsible for reviewing technician work orders and finalizing service estimates
  • Look up labour times using Alldata, Michell etc
  • Ensure smooth transition between Service desk, Parts desk and technicians
  • Enter, Coordinate and Manage WO’s with client portal (Element, Auto Integrate, ARI, etc)
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise, and when necessary referring customers to the appropriate individual for resolution
  • Maintain a professional appearance and a safe, clean work environment
