Job Description We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Dealership: Berman CDJR Oak Lawn Job Title: Service Advisor Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Saturday. (Sundays & Weekday off) Pay: $100,000+ annually - Commission position Experience required – CDJR experience is preferred, but we welcome advisors with strong performance backgrounds from any manufacturer. Job Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive Obtain customer and vehicle information Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
