Job Description We are looking to add an Automotive Service Advisor to our team at Berman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Dealership: Berman CDJR Oak Lawn Job Title: Service Advisor Schedule: Full-Time; Monday-Saturday. (Sundays & Weekday off) Pay: $100,000+ annually - Commission position If you are a high-performing service advisor looking for a high-earning potential with a solid team, apply today! Job Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service drive Obtain customer and vehicle information Listen attentively to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs Determine and recommend necessary maintenance based on age, mileage and history of the vehicle. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
