JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in automotive service repair, with exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a seamless experience for our clients while driving sales and upselling services.
Our shop focuses on sales and services for automobiles, so we expect the service advisor to be comfortable with all models of autos.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive/motorcycle industry or dealership environment.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of successful upselling and meeting sales targets.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
