We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to become a key part of our friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
  • Schedule vehicle services and repairs efficiently
  • Communicate customer concerns to technicians clearly
  • Provide accurate estimates and updates on additional work
  • Track vehicles through the workshop process
  • Produce and manage customer invoices
  • Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish
  • Use Dealer Management Systems (DMS) to send service and MOT reminders
  • Maintain and update customer and vehicle databases accurately
    What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor (dealership, body shop, or independent garage)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A solid mechanical understanding of cars, vans, and light commercial vehicles, with the ability to interpret technical issues and communicate them clearly to customers and technicians
  • Confident using IT systems including:
  • -Dealer Management Systems (DMS)

      • Autodata / Excel / Outlook

      • Ability to compile accurate estimates using parts pricing, labour times, and system tools
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
      • Full UK Driving Licence required
