JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department.
  • Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document their service needs.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate diagnosis and repair recommendations.
  • Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively to customers, including estimated costs and repair timelines.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any additional concerns or questions.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and service transactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have previous experience in automotive industry. Related customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Ability to work well within a collaborative environment
  • Exceptional customer service track record
  • Organized and process-oriented
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
