OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Part Time Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service experience. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. We are open 7 days a week and require open availability, must be available evenings and weekends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mechanic experience or a strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems is highly desirable.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales experience, particularly in an automotive setting, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
  • Strong upselling abilities to maximize service opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly.
