JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, providing accurate service recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with proven sales skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions and manage financial processes effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with customers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
