Communicate clearly with customers and technicians to ensure smooth workflow. Sell services and parts, prepare accurate estimates, and obtain approvals. Manage scheduling, track vehicles, and maintain detailed work order notes. Support shop operations with flexibility and professionalism. Requirements High school diploma or GED is required Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work. MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities. Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect. Strong customer service skills. MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
