• Open and close repair orders using dealership software (PBS)
• Coordinate vehicle inspections and recommend maintenance or repair services as needed
• Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians to ensure a smooth service experience
• Manage daily paperwork, scheduling, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.
