What You’ll Do Deliver an exceptional customer experience Write repair orders & present recommended services clearly Manage scheduling, workflow, and daily shop operations Source parts, maintain inventory & ensure accurate invoicing Support sales execution & store performance goals Communicate consistently with customers & technicians What You Bring 1–3 years of automotive service writing experience Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to manage workflow, multitask & stay organized Knowledge of automotive repair fundamentals Proficiency with Microsoft tools & shop management software A proactive, problem-solving mindset Benefits You’ll Love (Most Start Day One!)
