EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within a dealership environment is preferred.
  • Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to upsell services effectively.
  • Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
