JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and customer service, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while effectively managing their vehicle maintenance needs. As a key point of contact between customers and the service department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales through upselling services.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership or service environment is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive repair is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales experience, particularly in upselling services or products, is a plus.
  • Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial transactions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
