We’re a small, 4-bay independent repair shop looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. We work closely together, value every team member’s input, and make decisions as a group.
As the first point of contact with our customers, you’ll play a key role in making their experience positive—welcoming them, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the repair process. You’ll collaborate directly with our technicians, manage scheduling, and keep customers informed every step of the way.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and listen carefully to their service needs
  • Write up work orders and clearly document customer concerns
  • Explain recommended repairs and maintenance in a way that builds trust
  • Coordinate directly with technicians to keep workflow efficient and repairs on time
  • Communicate openly with customers about the status of their vehicles
  • Handle payments and cash transactions accurately
  • Keep organized records of all customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (automotive service preferred)
  • Basic mechanical knowledge to confidently discuss repairs with both customers and technicians
  • Strong communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional
  • Genuine customer service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Comfortable handling payments and transactions
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop
  • French language skills considered an asset
