We’re a small, 4-bay independent repair shop looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. We work closely together, value every team member’s input, and make decisions as a group.
As the first point of contact with our customers, you’ll play a key role in making their experience positive—welcoming them, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the repair process. You’ll collaborate directly with our technicians, manage scheduling, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
