JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure a positive experience for our clients while effectively communicating their needs to the service team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mechanic experience or strong mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
  • Sales experience, particularly in an automotive context, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is essential.
  • Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly to customers and team members.
