Job Description:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and the service department, ensuring each vehicle receives the attention it deserves. Your primary role is to provide outstanding customer service, recommend necessary vehicle maintenance, and ensure smooth workflow within the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their service needs.
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repairs.
  • Generate repair orders and accurately document customer concerns.
  • Work closely with technicians to communicate necessary repairs and updates.
  • Estimate repair costs and provide timely updates to customers.
  • Coordinate appointments and ensure timely vehicle service completion.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Uphold dealership standards for customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or repair facility.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) is preferred.
  • CDK experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
