We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor.

• Ability to work effectively with technicians, customers, and management
• Proficient with computers and automotive service software
• A valid driver’s license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer-facing role (preferred, not required)
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance (preferred, not required)

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
• Advise customers on necessary repairs, maintenance, and service options
• Provide detailed and accurate estimates for services
• Communicate repair status to customers and provide updates
• Work with service technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and correctly
• Maintain customer records and service history
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Promote additional services and products when appropriate
