We are currently seeking a result oriented and energetic Automotive Service Advisor who will perform a wide variety of day-to-day tasks. You will be the primary contact to our clients for discussing their automotive repair needs. A pleasant demeanor and prompt service is a must.

POSITION SUMMARY/EXPECTATIONS

You will provide general office administrative and support by answering telephones and greeting our clients in a highly professional and engaging manner and to ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing incoming calls and greeting clients in a professional manner
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence pertaining to our clients automotive repair needs.
  • Order parts and supplies as needed
  • Punctuality is a must
  • Proven to work in a face paced environment
  • Payment processing and cash handling

KNOWLEDGE

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail proficient
  • Experience in an Automotive setting is considered an asset but not required. Training will be provided.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Customer service experience
  • Sales skills
  • Automotive repair background
  • Dealership or mechanic experience preferred
  • Proficiency in upselling and cash handling
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $21.50-$35.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 42.5 per week
