We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join a leading dealership in Leicester. If you’re professional, customer-focused, and looking for a role with real progression opportunities, this could be the perfect move.

REQUIREMENTS:

Main dealership Service Advisor experience essential
Confident, organised, and customer-focused
Full UK driving licence

Responsibilities

First point of contact for service customers
Manage bookings, courtesy cars, and customer updates
Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Upsell additional work, service plans, and warranties
