Kanata Mazda’s Service Department is currently reviewing potential candidates to fill 1 position for an experienced Service Advisor with a minimum of 1 year experience
General Responsibilities:

MAINTAIN UP TO DATE KNOWLEDGE OF WARRANTY AND GOODWILL PROCEDURES OF MANUFACTURER AND DEALERSHIP TO ENSURE CLAIMS ARE PROCESSED FAIRLY AND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.

Adheres to all Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Manufacturer and Company policies, directives and procedures.

Experience:

• service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
