Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the service department's daily operations. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and repairs for their vehicles. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere. - Listen to customers' concerns and accurately record their vehicle's issues. - Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in a clear and professional manner. - Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs and obtain customer approval before proceeding with work. - Schedule appointments and manage the service department's daily workflow. - Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work and address any issues that may arise. - Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle and address any additional concerns they may have. - Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed on each vehicle. - Ensure the service department is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times. - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high levels of service quality. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service role is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Proficient in using computer systems and software. - Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an asset.
