What You’ll Be Doing:

• Being the go-to contact for our service guests, helping guide them through their vehicle service experience
• Explaining maintenance and repair needs clearly, with timelines and transparent cost estimates
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time and to a high standard
• Using systems like CDK, Xtime, and Outlook to manage your day efficiently
• Delivering consistent, exceptional service that builds trust and drives loyalty

You Are:

• Someone who thrives in structure and excels under pressure
• A strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people
• Team-minded, but able to work independently with confidence
• Focused, organized, and ready to manage competing priorities
• Experienced — minimum 1 year in a similar service advisor role
• Holding a valid Class 5 license and able to drive standard transmission

Bonus If You:

• Have experience with CDK, One-Eighty, or Xtime
• Bring a background in automotive service or parts
