WE ARE ACTIVELY SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE–ORIENTED SERVICE ADVISOR TO JOIN THE TEAM AT KINGSTON VOLKSWAGEN.

This role is ideal for someone with strong face-to-face customer service experience and a proven ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple client interactions, and ensure a smooth and positive service experience.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (ASSETS):

  • Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair terms
  • Experience using DMS platforms

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet clients in person and by phone, acting as their main point of contact throughout their vehicle service visit
  • Clearly document customer concerns and communicate them to the service team
  • Explain service needs, timelines, and pricing in a way customers understand and trust
  • Schedule appointments, follow up on vehicle status, and provide timely updates
  • Review completed work with the customer and handle billing and payment
  • Build lasting relationships through transparency, organization, and follow-through
