Kitchener Nissan has an immediate requirement for an Automotive Service Consultant to join our successful dealership in Kitchener, ON. In this key role, you will be responsible delivering the personalized service that exemplifies our dealership. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)
• car dealership: 1 year (required

· Greeting customers in a prompt, courteous manner
· Answering phones
· Booking service appointments
· Documenting customer concerns
· Communicating with customers regarding servicing requirements
· Completing required paperwork to manufacturer standards
· Follow up phone calls
· Maintain high customer satisfaction rating
· Able to work Saturdays as required
· Must possess a professional manner and be customer focused.
· Complete all required training as requested
· Complete Special-Order Parts calls and appointment bookings
· Follow all manufacturer guidelines, policies, and procedures as they relate to the service department
· Manage company rental vehicle bookings, paperwork, and vehicle inspections
· Track and document denied service work as directed
· Maintain the customer service areas, ensuring they are clean of clutter, floor signs are in place, supplies are stocked etc.
· Manage assigned company email account – read, reply and forward emails as required
· Moving cars around the dealership lot
· Greeting customers in the drive-thru and running Alignment checks
· Delivering cars to and from customers
· Miscellaneous tasks as required
· PBS experience an asset
