OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service experience. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and satisfaction.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required.
  • A background in mechanics or automotive repair is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle’s needs.
  • Proven customer service experience, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services, is a plus.
