We’re known for our exceptional service, honest advice, and long-standing customer relationships - and we’re looking for someone who can lead our front-of-house operations with that same level of dedication.

• Be the first point of contact for customers, building trust and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
• Listen to customers’ needs, explain recommended services, and provide accurate estimates
• Schedule appointments and manage shop workflow to maximize efficiency
• Communicate clearly between customers and technicians to ensure quality work and timely updates
• Maintain accurate service records and manage invoicing/payment processing
• Support a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused team environment
