This role is a key point of contact between our customers and technicians, helping ensure a smooth, positive service experience from start to finish. Write accurate repair orders and clearly explain recommended services. Communicate between customers and technicians throughout the repair process. Provide estimates, timelines, documentation, and organization. Upsell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs. Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up as needed. Qualifications: 2-year minimum experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. automotive knowledge. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
