Nous recherchons un conseiller en entretien automobile motivé et orienté vers le client pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Dans ce rôle, vous serez le premier point de contact pour les clients qui recherchent des services de réparation et d’entretien automobile. Votre expertise en matière de réparation automobile, associée à des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle, vous permettra de garantir à nos clients la meilleure expérience possible lors de l’entretien de leur véhicule. Vous serez chargé(e) de comprendre les besoins des clients, de fournir des devis précis et de proposer des services complémentaires afin d’améliorer les performances et la sécurité des véhicules.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. Your expertise in automotive repair, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience while their vehicles are being serviced. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing accurate estimates, and upselling services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry or dealership setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• A passion for automobiles and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential for success in this role.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service center.
• Listen to customer concerns regarding their vehicles and provide accurate assessments based on mechanical knowledge.
• Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate them effectively to customers.
• Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and manage customer payments efficiently.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to promote a professional environment.
