JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle maintenance and repair experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and diagnostics, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers while ensuring their needs are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance practices, and repair processes.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and auto service management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
  • Sales experience in an automotive setting is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in automotive technology is a plus.
