The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with experience in both sales and service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A background as a mechanic or strong mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Sales experience, particularly in an automotive context, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
  • Ability to upsell services while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
