REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive dealership environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Sales experience with a focus on upselling services is highly desirable.
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
