Description Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer Northgate Tire – Cincinnati, OH Pay: $19–$24.50/hr + Overtime + Monthly Incentives Schedule: Mon–Fri 7AM–6PM, Sat 7AM–12PM Location: 3712 Springdale Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45251 Northgate Tire, a full-service auto repair shop serving the Cincinnati community, is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer. We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who delivers excellent customer service and enjoys working with a motivated, supportive team. Requirements High school diploma or GED is required Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work. MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer/Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities. Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect. Strong customer service skills. MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.
Responsibilities
The Automotive Service Advisor will greet customers, communicate repair recommendations, and support technicians to maintain shop workflow. Building trust and long-term relationships with customers is also a key responsibility.
