POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Service Advisor, you’ll act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians—ensuring smooth workflows, accurate estimates, and superior service quality

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1 year Service Advisor experience, preferably in a dealership or high-volume service center
  • Strong foundation in automotive systems and diagnostics
  • Exceptional communication skills—both technical and client-facing—along with proven upselling ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attentiveness to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Proficiency in service software (e.g., SDS, dealership systems).
  • Availability—able to work weekdays, 40 hours/week with 1 hour lunch and every 3rd Saturday 9am-1pm as needed

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers professionally—both in-person and on the phone—and gather accurate vehicle information.
  • Coordinate service appointments, manage scheduling, and monitor workflow to ensure timely job completions.
  • Consult with customers and technicians to develop accurate cost/time estimates and explain services in clear, relatable terms
  • Proactively communicate updates, additional repairs, and any delays to customers
  • Upsell services and parts using your technical insights to enhance safety and performance
  • Process payments, track repair orders, and maintain detailed documentation in our service management system
  • Collaborate with parts, technicians, and warranty to streamline communication and efficiency
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and strive for long-term satisfaction
