What You’ll Do Deliver a warm, professional customer experience Write service estimates & manage repair orders Support workflow management and daily shop operations Communicate clearly with customers & technicians Source parts, manage inventory & ensure accurate invoicing Drive sales execution with a people-first approach Maintain organization, follow-up, and accountability What You Bring 1–3 years of service writing or customer-facing automotive experience Strong communication, multitasking & follow-through skills Ability to manage workflow and support shop operations Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities Comfort using Microsoft tools & shop management software Benefits You’ll Love (Most Begin Day One!)
