We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive service and repair, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle needs. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing service operations efficiently.

SKILLS

• Previous experience is preferred to understand the fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Vehicle knowledge is beneficial for understanding technical aspects of repairs.
• Familiarity with various automotive services including oil changes, brake repair, transmissions, alignment, suspension, tire service, shocks & struts
• Experience in auto estimating and service writing for effective communication with customers and technicians.
• Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their concerns promptly.
