Serra Rochester Hills is looking for Service Advisor ALL STARS with a proven track record. This is a HUGE opportunity in a high volume full multi-line stores, convenient location and THE FASTEST growing market in the Detroit Area. We just opened our Brand new state of the art dealership.

As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. We welcome individuals who are new to the automotive industry but with previous roles in customer service, retail sales, restaurant industry or hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
  • Ford experience is a PLUS!
  • Positive attitude
  • High volume mentality
  • CSI focused
  • Service Advisor, Dealership, Automotive Knowledge: 1 year

Responsibilities
  • Greeting customers promptly
  • Obtaining customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
