Service Advisors Responsibilities: Greet, develop rapport, and communicate with customers face-to-face and on the phone Obtain customer and vehicle information Facilitate communication with customers, including drop-off, updates, and check-out Determine and recommend appropriate services in a customer-focused approach Prepare a complete and accurate estimate cost for labor and parts Work with team to complete service and daily tasks Work with current technology to assist with communication and workflow Service Advisor Requirements: Possess a valid Driver’s License Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area and appearance Embrace technology Operate with a high level of energy, positive attitude, and excellence Possess a hunger to learn, help and improve through coaching We are always growing our Service Advisor team!
