REQUIREMENTS:

• NICE TO HAVE Min 2 years of automotive service advisor experience
• NICE TO HAVE Dealership experience
• NICE TO HAVE PBS experience

• Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Schedule appointments and manage service workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Upsell additional services and products based on customer requirements and vehicle condition.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services rendered.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure clear communication regarding service expectations and customer feedback.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
