An Auto Service Advisor serves as the bridge between customers and the workshop. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the repair and maintenance process.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of vehicles (engine, transmission, suspension, A/C systems).
  • Ability to prepare and explain accurate estimates.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in using DMS/ERP systems, MS Office, and job card software.
  • Multilingual (English/Arabic/Urdu/Hindi) is an advantage in GCC markets.

    Pay: From AED3,500.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Welcome customers warmly and listen to their concerns about vehicle issues.
  • Explain repair and maintenance needs in clear, non-technical terms.
  • Provide accurate cost and time estimates for required services.
  • Service Coordination:
  • Open job cards and document customer concerns.
  • Communicate with technicians to diagnose and confirm necessary repairs.
  • Ensure required spare parts are ordered or available on time.
  • Track vehicle progress and update customers regularly.
  • Sales & Upselling:
  • Recommend additional services (preventive maintenance, seasonal checks, etc.) based on vehicle condition.
  • Promote service packages, warranties, and promotions to maximize value for the customer.
  • Quality & Delivery:
  • Perform final checks before delivery to ensure the vehicle meets quality standards.
  • Explain the work completed and invoice details to the customer.
  • Ensure timely and professional vehicle handover.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Handle complaints or issues politely and resolve them efficiently.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
