JOB OVERVIEW

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repair and maintenance services. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction while effectively communicating their needs to the service team. You will leverage your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to provide accurate estimates, recommend services, and facilitate a seamless experience for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous dealership experience is highly preferred.
• Mechanic experience or strong mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
• Proven sales ability, particularly in upselling automotive services.
• Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
  Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
  Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
