Superior Hyundai is looking for an outgoing Automotive Service Advisor with sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide impeccable customer service.
If you have the required experience and a positive can-do attitude, we want to meet you. Advisors will:
- Deal directly with clients to achieve high customer service and vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Perform inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Handle service-related questions and concerns
- Handle warranty related questions and concerns
– Recommend and explain needed service to customers
- Perform service cashier duties as required
- Monitor their service-related KPI’s to ensure high-level performance
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
