Someone that can handle objections and offer solution’s for our clients needs. We use Reynolds Service Touch to greet take our clients concerns and create repair orders in the Service Drive. You need to be well versed in warranty policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Organized and friendly personality
• Maintain a high level of CSI compared to a group of 23 dealers.
• Time management skills a must.
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers. Communicating with every client daily keeping them informed of vehicle status.
• Write up client vehicle’s in the drive using a Microsoft Surface Pro
• Keep a labor GP percentage of 80% or higher.
• Take payment and use the active delivery process when the client is picking up their vehicle.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
