Requirements Job Requirements: Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role (preferred) Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services Ability to explain technical information in a way customers understand Comfort using scheduling and service software (we’ll train you on the specifics) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education a plus)
