We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mechanic experience or strong mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus.
