QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Basic automotive knowledge is an asset
• Comfortable with computers and service software

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll guide them through their service needs, provide accurate estimates, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience from drop-off to pickup.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers and assist with their automotive service needs
• Prepare work orders and service estimates
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the service process
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history and inspection
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized service desk
