JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
  • Strong background in customer service with a focus on building relationships.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes and mechanical knowledge is essential.
  • Proven sales experience, particularly in upselling services or products within an automotive context.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

  • Ensure achievement of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) target and reach rate benchmarks as mandated by Nissan Canada Inc. (NCI).
